Returns and Refunds
The return of purchased goods must be requested via email to info@capslockmagazine.eu
 within 14 days of receiving your order.
In this case, you are entitled to a full refund of the order, but the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Return procedure:

The customer contacts us by email to request a return.
We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive the package and carefully inspect the condition of the items, we will process the refund, deducting the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, it is essential to contact us as soon as possible, providing photos and references of the shipping damages.
In this case:

The return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

We will immediately arrange a new shipment to replace the damaged items at no additional cost to the customer.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (such as beauty or cosmetic items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
