Last Sunday, a new project called The Creative Compass was introduced at the From Disco Vicenza Weekender Festival. The main question driving this project is: How does geography influence creativity? This question is at the core of the project, aiming to explore the connection between our surroundings and our creative output.

The Creative Compass is a publication that seeks to understand the impact of geography on creativity. Through a series of CAPSLOCK Conversations, a unique participatory methodology that combines talks and workshops, the project aims to gather insights and opinions from a diverse group of participants.
Geography is like the wind beneath the wings of creativity. Just as the landscape shapes the contours of the earth, it also molds the creative spirit of individuals. The places we inhabit, the cultures we immerse ourselves in, and the experiences we encounter all play a role in sparking our imagination and fueling our innovative ideas.

If you missed the first CAPSLOCK Conversation, don't worry! More content from The Creative Compass will be rolled out in the coming weeks, with a planned publication in September. Additionally, the second CAPSLOCK Conversation will take place in Berlin on July 12th, as part of @whosplaying.wav and @ritmogabar event. If you're in Berlin, we would love to hear your thoughts on how geography influences creativity.
Get ready to embark on a journey of discovery and exploration with The Creative Compass. Let's challenge our perceptions and unlock new levels of creativity together.
